Costs & Financials

After the purchase of your home, you will pay a weekly site fee. This fee covers:

  • The upkeep of our community and shared facilities, including maintenance of roads, security, and recreational areas like the clubhouse, pool, pickleball courts, and lawn bowls.
  • Lawn and garden maintenance for all communal spaces and the front of your home.
  • Council rates.
  • Electricity and water for common areas.

There are no body corporate fees or exit fees, and you keep 100% of any capital gains when selling your home.

If you receive an aged pension, you may be eligible for rental assistance to help cover site fees.

  • Single pensioners can receive up to $105.6 per week, reducing their weekly site fee.
  • Couple pensioners can receive up to $99.5 per week, per couple.
